Resin flooring for a pharmaceutical cleanroom in German-speaking Switzerland
Reale Resine was chosen to create approximately 400 m² of resin flooring inside a clean room for a pharmaceutical company in German-speaking Switzerland.
A CONTINUOUS FLOORING FOR THE CLEANROOM
The application cycle was defined based on the characteristics of the support and the expected use of the environments.
After careful mechanical preparation of the surface, an epoxy-based system was applied with a thickness of approximately 2–3 mm, completed with a satin polyurethane finish.
The final finish was chosen to increase surface protection and offer good resistance to abrasion, wear and UV exposure, while maintaining a uniform and professional appearance.
TWO COLORS TO DISTINGUISH THE AREAS
The flooring was created in two colors: a light shade for the clean room and blue for the entrance and connecting areas.
The color separation allows you to immediately distinguish the different operational areas, improving readability and the organization of spaces without interrupting the continuity of the flooring.
PRECISION IN EVERY STAGE OF THE WORK
The creation of a resin flooring in a pharmaceutical environment requires particular attention to the preparation of the substrate, the mixing of the products, the thicknesses applied and the regularity of the finish.
Each phase of the work was carried out with artisanal care, respecting the project's needs and coordinating the work with other activities on the construction site.
